Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using NEVOX AI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NEVOX AI's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individual or entity) and NEVOX AI. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

NEVOX AI provides: • AI-powered voice agents for inbound and outbound call management • Arabic language processing with Saudi dialect support • CRM integrations and API access • Call analytics and reporting tools • Custom AI agent training and deployment We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and capabilities may evolve over time.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You may not: • Share your account with others • Use another person's account without permission • Create accounts using false information • Sell or transfer your account

4. Payment & Billing

Payment Terms: • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Usage-based charges (per-call fees) are billed monthly in arrears • All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice • Late payments may result in service suspension • No refunds for partial months or unused services Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, and approved Saudi payment systems.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: • NEVOX AI retains all rights to our platform, AI models, software, and trademarks • You retain ownership of your data and call content • Our service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform • You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our technology • Our brand name, logo, and materials are protected by Saudi and international IP laws User-generated content used for AI training becomes part of our anonymized dataset.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

Data Handling: • Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy • We comply with Saudi Arabia's PDPL and international data protection standards • Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely in Saudi Arabia • We use anonymized data to improve AI models • You are responsible for obtaining consent from call participants • Data retention periods are detailed in our Privacy Policy You grant us permission to process data necessary for service delivery.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

Service Level: • We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time • Beta features are provided "as-is" without warranties We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

8. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: • Illegal activities or fraud • Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications • Impersonation or misrepresentation • System abuse or attempts to breach security • Excessive API calls or resource consumption • Collection of user data without consent • Competitive intelligence gathering Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We are not responsible for third-party service failures • We do not guarantee AI accuracy or call outcomes • You use our services at your own risk Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

10. Termination

Account Termination: • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We may terminate your account for violations of these terms • We may suspend service for non-payment • Upon termination, you lose access to the platform and your data • We will retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy No refunds are provided for early termination except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process: • First, contact us at [email protected] to resolve disputes informally • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration • Arbitration will be conducted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded • Class actions are not permitted Some consumer rights cannot be waived and may override this clause.
